Just started a product community across an entire line of business in a bank 😜.

Any pointers to keep everyone engaged?

We're trying this out for 6 months and testing the hypothesis that creating a community will empower product professionals with useful and inspiring product content.

Our goal is to keep 30% of the community engaged by measuring event participation, people sharing content, and responding with sentiments.

We'll be circling back with a handful of people, the gauge usefulness and new ideas.
